Services 

Morning call

To assist with getting you or your loved one up and ready for the day ahead, this may include assisting with personal care, getting dressed, making breakfast , hot or cold drinks and prompting medication. 

 

Lunch Call

To prepare a hot or cold meal for you or your loved one, hot or cold drinks, washing the pots and prompting medication, and also to assist with any other needs at this visit.

Tea Call

A tea visit can be very similar to a lunch visit. 

​

Night call

Night call We can help with making sure all duties are carried out at the end of the day i.e washing the pots, prompting medication assist with any personal care. Helping you or your loved one settle down in bed for the night and making sure the property is secure before leaving.

 

Shopping call

A shop call could be either making a list or taking a already made list to the shops and getting your shopping, or taking you out to the shops and assisting you to be independent but with the safety of having a carer with you. 

 

Sitting call

During this visit a carer will come and spend time with you or your loved one. Activities lead by you this could include having a hot drink, someone to talk to but also give the family peace of mind their loved one is in safe hands during this time.

Social / Companionship call

A social call could involve taking you or your loved one out to the local garden center or going out for a meal somewhere of your choosing. The possibilities are endless.  

 

Cleaning call

A cleaning call is to help you or your loved one keep on top of normal day to day cleaning duties. 

​

Sleeping / Waking nights call

These two services are very similar, they both involve having a carer stop at your/or loved ones property for the duration of the night. Sleeping nights could be for peace of mind that you or your loved one isn't alone. A waking night would be for you or your loved one who requires help frequently throughout the night. 

​

End of life / Palliative care

This is a form of care that is to enhance the quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. To provide dignity helping you or your loved one to remain in the comfort of their home, as well as providing emotional and spiritual support for both client and their loved ones.

Alzheimer’s / Dementia care

All our staff are trained in dementia care. we can provide support to enable your loved one to live independently in their own home, or work along side family if your loved one lives with you. â€‹
